Browsing Sheet Templates
Find the right label sheet in Labeliy's sheet template gallery. Filter by category, shape, and labels per sheet, or search by brand and product number.
A sheet template tells Labeliy the exact size and layout of your label sheet — how many labels fit, how big each one is, and where the margins are. This gallery is a browsable alternative to the sheet search inside the editor.
Step 1 — Open the Gallery#
Go to labeliy.com/sheet-templates. Each card shows the sheet size, the label size, and how many labels fit per sheet.
Step 2 — Find Your Sheet#
Use the Filters panel on the left:
- Category — narrow by brand or family, like Avery
- Shape — filter by label shape (rectangle, circle, oval, and more)
- Labels per sheet — filter by how many labels are on the sheet
- Popular or Featured — show only commonly used or highlighted sheets
Or search by brand name, product number, or size in the search box.
Use the inches / millimeters toggle at the top of the page if you'd rather see sizes in mm.
Step 3 — Use a Sheet#
Each card has two buttons:
- Use Template — jumps straight into the editor with this sheet already selected
- Details — opens a full page for that sheet, with a Use This Template Free button
Click Use Template. The canvas editor opens sized to match that sheet — no need to search for it again in the setup window.
Common Questions#
My sheet isn't in the gallery — what do I do? Search by size instead of brand (e.g. 4 x 2) to find sheets with matching dimensions. If nothing matches, enter your own measurements — see Entering a Custom Label Size.
What's the difference between this page and the setup window? They use the same underlying sheet data. This gallery is easier for browsing and comparing sheets visually; the setup window is faster once you already know what you're searching for.
