By accessing or using Labeliy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Labeliy is a browser-based label design and printing tool that allows users to create, customize, and print product labels, barcodes, QR codes, and related assets. The Service is provided as-is, with free and paid tiers. Features available to each tier may change over time.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@labeliy.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate labels containing fraudulent, misleading, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without permission
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written consent

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, templates, and features of Labeliy are the intellectual property of Labeliy and its creator. You retain ownership of any label designs and data you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant Labeliy a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Free Service & Paid Plans

Labeliy offers a free tier with core features available to all users. Paid plans unlock additional features and higher usage limits. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect and process data as described in that policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Labeliy and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
