Browsing Label Design Templates

Browse free, ready-made label designs in Labeliy. Filter by category, search by keyword, and apply a template to the canvas with one click.

Label templates are ready-made designs. Instead of starting from a blank canvas, pick one that's close to what you want and customize it from there.

Step 1 — Open the Template Gallery#

Go to labeliy.com/label-templates. Every template shows a preview image, its label size, and a category tag.

Step 2 — Find a Template#

Use the Filters panel on the left to narrow the list:

  • Category — check one or more categories, like shipping, address, or inventory labels. Each option shows how many templates match.
  • Featured — show only Labeliy's featured picks

Or type a keyword into the search box at the top of the page.

Step 3 — Use a Template#

Each card has two buttons:

  • Use Template — jumps straight into the canvas editor with that design loaded
  • Details — opens a full preview page with a larger image and a Use This Template Free button

Click Use Template. The editor opens with the design already on the canvas — text, colors, and any barcode or QR code elements included.

Step 4 — Customize It#

Once it's open in the editor, treat it like any other label:

  1. Click any element to select and edit it
  2. See Adding Elements to Your Label to change fonts, colors, or add your logo
  3. Turn on Dynamic Data on the elements that should change per label — see Making an Element Dynamic

Dynamic elements that come with the template already have column names — you just need to add your data.

Common Questions#

Will applying a template overwrite my current design? Yes — using a template loads it into a fresh label. If you're mid-design and want to keep your work, save it first from your Dashboard before trying a new template.

Are templates free? Yes, every template in the gallery is free to use.
